I joined one of Rosie’s Pilates classes having never done any yoga or Pilates in the past. I have to say how welcoming she was and made me feel part of the already established class. She tailors things to individual capabilities and is genuinely interested in each and every one of her class members. Rosie is so encouraging and corrects but never criticises. So glad I found this class because having had health issues affecting my joints and movement in the past, I have found I am able to do far more than I realised and my strength and wellbeing has greatly improved after only a few sessions.

A friendly and fantastic Pilates class! Rosie is very experienced and puts you at ease immediately. if you have any back, neck or shoulder problems then I would recommend Pilates! I've found that I'm stronger and feel balanced after every session. In addition to all the physical benefits, I also believe the hour session gives me time to myself and an opportunity to de-stress and focus on something else; a real escape from everyday stresses!

Thanks to Rosie my long standing back and neck pain, has almost gone and I am a lot stronger and fitter than before I started about 6 months ago. Rosie is a fantastic teacher. She is super friendly and makes new starters feel really welcome. She has a great way of explaining everything and enabling you to get the most of the class and develop your Pilates skills. Rosie's classes are filled with people of all ages and both males and females, friends and couples. Everyone always goes away having enjoyed the class and looking forward the next one. I completely recommend Rosie's Pilates class and if you give her class a go you will definitely be back again.
